The deal
Stompy (stompy.bytassh.com) is a free web app by Tassh (Creations by Tassh), Slovenia, EU. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
What Stompy is
A playful focus timer with a baby dinosaur. It is a fun helper, not a medical, psychological or productivity service. If putting things off seriously affects your life, please talk to a doctor or therapist.
Your stuff
Your tasks are yours and stay on your device (see the privacy page). If you clear your browser data or switch devices, your dino and history are gone. We can't restore them, since we never had them.
Our stuff
The Stompy name, the dino, the drawings, the sounds and the design belong to Tassh. Please don't copy them or use them commercially without asking. Fonts are used under their open font licenses.
Play nice
Don't try to break, overload or misuse the site.
No guarantees
Stompy is provided as it is, for free. We do our best to keep it working, but we can't promise it will always be online or bug free, and we may change or stop it at any time.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss caused by using Stompy, for example missed deadlines or lost progress. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under EU or Slovenian law.
Law
Slovenian law applies, and your mandatory consumer protections in your own EU country stay in place.
